My big ol' swing — Grandbari

A couple of years back my girls and I took a road trip and headed south. Our ultimate destination was Harry Potter World (yes, I know that's not it's official name and yes, my girls are all older than 10)

One of our side trips was to the remote Cumberland Island off the South Georgia coast. It belongs now to the National Park Service and must be accessed by boat. Super worth a trip. We took a guided tour that allowed access to one of the old mansions left by the Carnegie family called "Plum Orchard". (I always wanted to live in a house with a name.) My favorite thing there was this massive porch swing.

Sooo, Outdoorman is very talented. I knew he could build one for me so this was the only thing on my Christmas list. Even if it didn't arrive by Christmas it's still perfect.
